How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives: Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence. Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies. Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions. Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery. Undertaking psychological assessments to determine client recovery needs and goals. Undertaking adjustment to injury counselling. Completing Vocational Assessments. Collaborating with your clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology with AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC, or qualififactions in Social Work with professional registration with AASW
  • Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 base depending on experience.
