Requirements
- Previous experience in rehab, healthcare, or customer service preferred but not required
- Interest in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or healthcare careers
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab setting
- CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists with patient setup and treatment preparation
- Transport patients to and from therapy sessions safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked therapy gym
- Support therapists with non-clinical tasks and equipment setup
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
