About The Position

Atlantic Health System is seeking a dependable and compassionate
Rehabilitation Aide to support the daily operations of our Atlantic
Rehabilitation department. This entry-level position plays a vital role in
assisting both staff and patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist physical, occupational, or speech therapists with non-clinical tasks
• Prepare treatment areas and clean equipment after use
• Support patients with mobility or transfers under supervision
• Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling, restocking supplies, or data entry
• Greet and assist patients and families in a professional and friendly manner
