About The Position

Atlantic Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual, who is interested in pursuing Physical or Occupational Therapy as a career, to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals in their Atlantic Rehabilitation Division in Morristown as a Rehabilitation Aide. This is a per diem position in which the candidate will support the daily operations of our therapists. This entry-level position plays a vital role in assisting both staff and patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all who enter our care environment.  The ideal candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintaining a clean and safe environment for the delivery of rehabilitation services. Responsibilities

  • Assist physical, occupational, or speech therapists with non-clinical tasks
  • Prepare treatment areas and clean equipment after use
  • Support patients with mobility or transfers under supervision
  • Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling, restocking supplies, or data entry
  • Greet and assist patients and families in a professional and friendly manner
