Get to Know Your Team:
Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Demonstrates familiarity with the shared governance model and performance improvement.
• Demonstrates respectful and effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Develops an emerging awareness of ethical issues and how they relate to clinical practice.
• Demonstrates applied knowledge base in areas of policies, procedures, standards of care, and medications by utilizing HackensackUMC@ Pascack Valley

• 1+ years of experience.
• Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.

Responsibilities

• The Rehabilitation Aide supports clinical staff in care delivery by preparing the treatment area, patient, equipment, and materials; performing procedures under supervision.
• They are also responsible for monitoring materials and provisions and informing the manager of ordering needs.
