About The Position

Schedule : Monday-Friday, Day shift The ADH Rehab/Activity Aide assists therapists, nurses and activity coordinator in providing personal care to clients. Leads therapy groups under the direction of the Certified Rehab RN. Leads structured activities under the direction of the activity coordinator. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.
