About The Position

Our Rehabilitation Aide plays an important role in patients’ lives here at Munson Medical Center by working directly with the clinical staff to support daily operations and patient care on all nursing units and the inpatient physical rehabilitation unit. The Rehabilitation Aide maintains a neat appearance of the department by putting away equipment, cleaning whirlpools, etc., and other general light housekeeping duties. Prepare patient for treatment by applying or removing clothing and/or equipment such as braces, safety belts, and splints. Transport patient to and from nursing units. Reorder supplies.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous patient or customer service experience desirable
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
