Shriners Children's Greenville is a 50 bed, 250 employee, inpatient facility with two surgical suites, an outpatient clinic, in-house Pediatric Orthotics and Prosthetic Services (POPS), and Motion Analysis Center. SCG is located on the campus of Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Shriners Children's Greenville is seeking a full-time Rehabilitation Aide to join our Rehab department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within three months of hire

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience in Rehab/Therapy settings

Responsibilities

• The Rehab Aide ensures that the department is maintained with a clean and sanitary working environment, with supplies organized, available, and accessible.
• Inventory is accomplished through the assessment and ordering of necessary supplies.
• The Rehab Aide is responsible for assisting the therapists in patient treatment programs, specifically therapeutic equipment set up and fitting, including discretion of and under supervision of the therapist.
• Other responsibilities may include patient transport and assisting the Rehab Services Coordinator with other department functions.
• In addition, the Rehab Aide orients rehabilitation gym volunteers.
