About The Position

Join our team and grow with us both professionally and personally! Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Rehabilitation Administrative Assistant position. This is a part-time role where you will be responsible for performing clerical duties within the department, including maintenance of files, medical records, and scheduling under the direction of therapists and the Director of Rehabilitation & Fitness Services. You will also greet residents and assist with the completion of initial paperwork prior to evaluation, and support activities which build and maintain a Rehab Center of Excellence.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' clerical experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with insurance billing and terminology

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties within the department
