We are seeking passionate Rehab Aide candidate to join our team at Regina Medical Center. As a Full-Time Rehab Aide, you will: Safely transport patients to and from therapy sessions , ensuring proper use of wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices. Assist patients with transfers between surfaces (bed, chair, therapy plinth) using gait belts and following facility safety protocols. Prepare and return patients to their rooms or designated areas after treatment, communicating any mobility concerns to the therapy team. Coordinate transport timing with nursing and therapy staff to ensure patients arrive on schedule and minimize wait times. Regina Health Center: Regina is a facility with 101 SNF/ 54 ALF beds that provides comprehensive care tailored to residents' needs. Requirements
- Licensed in the state of Ohio (or eligible to obtain licensure).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering patient-centered care.
