Provides safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective patient care as delegated.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Oral and written communication skills
- Within the first 90 days of hire demonstrate knowledge of procedures and techniques in administering and providing basic and advanced patient care services
- Knowledge of supplies used in patient care/therapy treatment
Nice To Haves
- College courses, CAN, EMT, CMA
- One year as a nursing assistant, therapy technician, or similar experience
- Good understanding of asepsis and sterile techniques
- Basic understanding of computer operations
- Medical terminology
- Keyboarding
- Modality application
- Whirlpool operation
