We have an exciting opportunity to support our rehab team at M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center - East Bank in Minneapolis! The casual rehabilitation technician is responsible for assisting therapists in providing safe, efficient, and effective delivery of patient care by preparing patients for their therapy session, assisting therapists with patient transfers, assisting with rehab equipment during therapy sessions, ordering equipment and supplies, and performing clerical tasks as directed. FTE 0.01, casual position. Schedule: One weekend per month. Opportunities to pick up additional shifts, as available and desired! Fairview Rehabilitation offers a range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. Consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, our therapists collaborate with colleagues in all medical settings and offer dozens of specialty programs.
