About The Position
Rehab Tech – Long-Term Care LP Therapy | Full-Time LP Therapy is seeking a reliable and motivated Rehab Tech to support therapy services in a Long-Term Care setting. This role assists therapists with patient transport, department organization, and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the rehab department. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- basic computer skills
- strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
- ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- transport patients to and from therapy
- assist therapists during treatments under supervision
- organize, copy, and file therapy documentation
- communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
- maintain cleanliness and flow of the therapy area
- clean equipment daily
- track and restock therapy supplies
- assist with inventory and equipment maintenance
- report equipment issues to the Rehab Director
