About The Position
Due to continued growth, Innovate Physical Therapy Outpatient Clinic is adding a Rehab Technician to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in physical therapy, healthcare, or sports medicine to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or sr living (pre-PT students encouraged!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- High school diploma required; coursework in health sciences preferred
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Support physical therapists and assistants with patient care activities
- Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions
- Assist patients with exercises and mobility under therapist direction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
- Help with patient flow, scheduling support, and general clinic operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient interaction
