About The Position

Rehab Technician – Outpatient ClinicIPT Outpatient Clinic | Bellevue, NE Due to continued growth, Innovate Physical Therapy Outpatient Clinic is adding a Rehab Technician to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in physical therapy, healthcare, or sports medicine to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or sr living (pre-PT students encouraged!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• High school diploma required; coursework in health sciences preferred

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support physical therapists and assistants with patient care activities
• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions
• Assist patients with exercises and mobility under therapist direction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
• Help with patient flow, scheduling support, and general clinic operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient interaction
