Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administration, interpretation, and evaluation of tests and measurements.
  • Plans and modifies treatment programs.
  • Assists Rehab Manager with coordination of PT, OT, and SLP operations, including performing treatments within the professional’s respective Practice Act, as prescribed by a referring physician.
  • Maintains performance improvement activities and participates in CQI (continuous quality improvement) activities.
  • Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols.
  • Completes established competencies for the position within designated  introductory period.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
