As a Rehab Services Aide, you will play an important role in supporting our therapists and ensuring smooth daily operations within the clinic. Your work helps us deliver exceptional patient care, maintain an organized environment, and keep our department running efficiently. Requirements
- 1 year of related work experience
- Strong skills in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail
- Self‑driven, dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced care environment
- A team-first mindset—collaborative, supportive, and open to growth
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- BLS/Healthcare Provider certification (must be maintained)
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists with routine daily treatments and patient transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Support supply management, including receiving, inventorying, and preparing monthly orders.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, copying, and message-taking.
- Collaborate with a team of caring professionals dedicated to patient wellbeing and continuous improvement.
