About The Position

A respected regional healthcare provider is conducting a confidential search for a Rehab Services Aide to join its Physical and Occupational Therapy team. This role supports therapists in delivering safe, high-quality patient care and ensures smooth operations across therapy service sites.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or 5 years of relevant work experience.
• MediClear Certification (or equivalent healthcare compliance credential) required.
• Ability to stand and walk constantly; lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain alert and safety-focused at all times.
• No prior healthcare experience required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical and occupational therapists with patient care under direct supervision.
• Prepare patients for treatment, take vitals, and monitor equipment function.
• Document patient interactions, insurance prior authorizations, and communications in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain clean and safe patient-care areas and perform required equipment calibration tasks.
• Manage supply inventory and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Travel among local therapy sites as needed.
