About The Position

The Rehab Recovery Facilitator position assists the Program Director in implementing the MidPointe Day Rehabilitation program. Ensures a clean, safe environment for the participants and staff. Provides supervision of adult participant activities and is responsible for enforcement of facility rules and procedures. Communicates with facility staff on status of facility and participants. Works actively and cooperatively as a team member. Requirements

• Effective listening. Excellent written and verbal communication (KPI).
• Promptness and flexibility
• Ability to lift and/or transfer up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• High school diploma, with 2 or more years of behavioral health experience or related course work.
• Knowledge of mental health issues, substance use disorders, and people from varied backgrounds.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license. Clean DMV record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No recent (within 5 years) felonies related to issues addressed in treatment program.
• Adaptability: Adapts to change, open to new ideas and responsibilities
• Communications: Communicates well (written and verbal), delivers presentations, has good listening skills
• Dependability: Meets deadlines, works independently, accountable, maintains focus, punctual, good attendance record
• Ethics: Honest, accountable, maintains confidentiality
• Sense of Urgency: Meets deadlines, establishes appropriate priority, gets the job done in a timely manner
• Interpersonal Skills: Builds strong relationships, is flexible/adaptable, works well with others, solicits feedback
