This position is a steppingstone to leadership, and it allows you to treat patients while gaining management experience assisting the DOR with administrative tasks, without being a direct supervisor. Requirements
- Current Florida Rehabilitative Therapist or Therapy Assistant license or ability to obtain prior to start (PT, PTA, OTR, COTA, SLP)
- Interest or experience in Skilled Nursing / post-acute rehab
- Strong clinical judgment and teamwork mindset
- Passion for helping older adults recover and regain independence
