About The Position

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at EverTrue Luther Crest Senior Living In Allentown, PA is seeking its next employee-owner.
Therapy services provided by Symbria to begin April 1, 2026

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).
• Hold a valid state license.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience preferred
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required

Responsibilities

• responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community
• act as a trusted partner for the client and community
• maintaining expected productivity standards
• help your patients achieve critical outcomes
