About The Position

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Zerbe Retirement Community in Narvon, PA is seeking its next employee-owner. Please note that at this time we are seeking to fill the postion with a Physical Therapy Assistant

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Hold a valid state license.
• At least 2 years of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required
• Nethealth experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous managerial experience preferred (DOR, Assistant DOR or Team Lead)

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community.
• Act as a trusted partner for the client and community
• Maintaining expected productivity standards.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
