About The Position

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Briarwood at Knollwood Nursing Center in Worcester, MA is seeking its next employee-owner. Please note that this role is for a PTA/Physical Therapy Assistant.

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy Assisant/PTA.
• Hold a valid state license.
• At least 1 year of previous managerial experience required - DOR, Assistant DOR or Team Lead
• At least 2 years of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
• Nethealth Experience

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community.
• Act as a trusted partner for the client and community
• Maintaining expected productivity standards.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
