About The Position

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Noble Horizons in Salisbury, CT is seeking its next employee-owner. This community is a CCRC (Continous Care Retirement Community) with active long-term care, short-term rehab and outpatient program. Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA or OTR ONLY).
• Hold a valid state license.
• At least one year experience in acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous managerial experience preferred or Team Lead role

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community.
• Act as a trusted partner for the client and community
• Maintaining expected productivity standards.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
