About The Position
Barrington Orthopedic Specialists is looking for a full-time Rehab Patient Services Receptionist! Established in 1980, the practice has remained the premier orthopedic provider of the northwest Chicago suburbs, providing compassionate, individualized care for patients' bones, joints, and muscle injuries and conditions. The individual in this role will be responsible for greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling, rescheduling & confirming appointments as necessary. Responsibilities also include registering new patients into the practice management system, entering insurance information, checking patients in via the practice management system, scanning and uploading documents into patients' charts, collecting patients' co-payments and/or account balances, and ensuring proper communication between patients, clinical teams, and therapists.
