Join Our Team as a Part-Time Rehab Office Coordinator (ROC) in Janesville! Make a Difference in the Lives of Our Seniors Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Rehab Office Coordinator at our newly acquired senior community in Janesville, WI. We are launching this new partnership and are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional to support our expanding therapy team and help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for residents and staff. Desired schedule: Approximately 4-5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of medical health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for therapy services
- Schedule therapy appointments and coordinate therapist calendars
- Support daily administrative operations including data entry, record keeping, and supply tracking
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, therapy staff, and facility team members
- Assist with insurance verification and billing-related tasks
- Maintain organization of therapy documentation and compliance standards
- Help create a welcoming and professional therapy environment
