Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to announce an opening for a Part Time Rehab Office Coordinator at one of our amazing senior communities in Port Edwards, WI. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional to support our expanding therapy team and help create a welcoming, efficient environment for residents and staff. This Part Time position offers approx 24 hours per week, providing a consistent, flexible schedule in a resident-centered environment. Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or its equivalent.
At least 1 year of medical health experience.

Nice To Haves

One year of medical clerical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for therapy services
Schedule therapy appointments and coordinate therapist calendars
Support day-to-day administrative operations including data entry, record keeping, and supply tracking
Communicate effectively with residents, families, therapy staff, and facility team members
Assist with insurance verification and billing-related tasks
Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations
