About The Position

Position Overview: Full-time (permanent) Rehab Directo r - PT in a hospital setting in Ellensburg, Washington. Other disciplines considered include Occupational and Speech Therapy Caseload will consist of both IP/OP in a hospital facility with varied populations This is a treating position, along with supervisory and leadership duties Pay Range: $110K - $135K DOE Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus: Youll earn up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or your personal development Beautiful Ellensburg - https://myellensburg.com/ - history, arts, wineries, eateries, outdoor activities such as hiking in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. Role Summary: The Rehab Director oversees daily operations, staffing, program development, and compliance in the rehab department. Responsibilities include performance evaluations, budgeting, marketing, patient care, and ensuring effective communication with staff, patients, families, and physicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy PREFERRED
  • B.A. or M.A. or OTD in Occupational Therapy considered
  • M.S. or M.A.in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders considered
  • 5+ years of therapy and management experience preferred.
  • Valid therapy board certification and state licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring efficient department operations.
  • Manage budgets, documentation, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement new therapy programs and market opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate patient care, complying with state and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
