Requirements

• Licensed OTR or COTA in the state of Wisconsin
• Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care or SNF preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
• Passion for serving the geriatric population
• Commitment to high standards of clinical care and accountability
• Licensed Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant in Wisconsin
• 1 year leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF required

Responsibilities

• Lead and support an interdisciplinary therapy team
• Build and sustain a resident-centered therapy culture
• Mentor clinicians to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
• Drive clinical excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and facility partners
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, productivity, and documentation standards
• Ensure regulatory readiness and adherence to state and federal guidelines
• Promote a positive, accountable, team-oriented environment
