About The Position

A REHAB DIRECTOR (Occupational Therapist / OT / OTR) is currently now available
in our Framingham, MA location. 

St. Patrick's Manor is a 303 bed facility located just minutes off of Rt 9 and
I90 on 26 acres of beautiful open space with manicured lawns, paved walk ways
and flower beds for all to enjoy.  The facility has a homelike environment for
longer term and skilled nursing care which offers a variety of resources to meet
the medical, spiritual and psychosocial needs of the residents.  The facility
fosters interdepartment collaboration and the rehab department is well supported
with two large rehab gyms to best meet the needs of the persons they care for.

Requirements

• Be a licensed occupational therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
• Must have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide occupational therapy services as needed.
