About The Position

The Rehab Aide position at Pappas Physical Therapy involves supporting physical therapists in providing care to patients. The role focuses on preparing patients for treatment, maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree tract preferred or background in health/wellness or personal training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation as needed.
• Prepares equipment and treatment areas for patients.
• Cleans treatment areas and keeps the gym area tidy.
• Assures supplies in the treatment area are stocked and available.
• Efficiently sets up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
• Completes opening and closing duties as assigned.
