About The Position
Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a rehab aide! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations. Part-time employees are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
Responsibilities
- Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
- Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
- Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
- Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
