CONTACT: Hailey Peters, 850-617-7849 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma or its equivalent and five (5) years of professional or nonprofessional experience in administrative work, regulatory work, consumer complaint program work, interviewing, business administration, customer or public relations, or investigations can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education; or An equivalent combination of education and experience which equals five (5) years can substitute for the above requirements; or A bachelor’s degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of the required experience as listed above.
