About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our global investment banking client on a contract basis. This role will focus on preparing and submitting FR 2052a Liquidity Monitoring Reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards. This contract role is fully-remote.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within a banking or financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of FR 2052a reporting requirements and liquidity risk concepts.
  • Familiarity with Basel III liquidity standards (LCR, NSFR) and U.S. regulatory frameworks.
  • Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of FR 2052a reports in accordance with Federal Reserve liquidity reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and validate liquidity data across funding sources, collateral, and cash flow projections.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Treasury teams to gather, reconcile, and review data for regulatory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, including liquidity risk management standards.
  • Utilize tools such as AxiomSL, Excel, and SQL to streamline reporting workflows and enhance data integrity.
  • Support process improvements and documentation to strengthen reporting controls.
