The position involves project management with a focus on data analysis, reports, and presentations. The individual will concurrently implement multiple Accreditation & Clinical Regulatory projects, coordinating dates and developing plans for mock surveys and shared services accreditation work. The role includes guiding the reporting of sampling and data collection, as well as accessing, creating, and modifying queries to produce reports in various applications such as Microsoft Excel, NHDM, Verge, SharePoint, Survey Monkey, CMS, and The Joint Commission Websites. The individual will monitor, communicate, and perform tracking on trends and goals related to quality, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and financial vitality. Additionally, the role includes serving as an educator for policy and procedure processes, supporting the coordination and consolidation of corporate medical documents across various departments, and ensuring standardization of education and training processes across the organization.
