Our Regulatory Process Specialist will be responsible for conducting training of new and existing employees, maintaining accurate documentation of regulatory processes, and helping to implement process changes to reflect operational priorities and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, this role will recommend modifications to teams, processes, and systems to deliver improved operating results. This is a remote position based in the US; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree required, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 1+ year work experience with all Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint required
  • Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals
  • Solid understanding of regulatory processes.
  • Additionally, demonstrated organizational skills and exceeding customer service skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, update and maintain library of SOPs, WIs, and Job Aids.
  • Provide trainings to regulatory colleagues.
  • Oversee training of new hires to allow for quick onboarding times and consistent knowledge transfer.
  • Implement new trainings for existing colleagues to allow for quick and consistent implementation of internal and external process changes.
  • Define measures and track projects using technology platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Manages the day-to-day activities of assigned projects and consistently reports updates to supervisors and other team members.
  • Other duties as assigned
