About The Position

As the Regulatory Compliance Specialist II you will manage regulatory compliance issues and interpret new regulations that affect upstream energy operations. You will collaborate with Operations Managers and may oversee compliance within a specific geographic territory. Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum two (2) years’ regulatory experience
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Energy Policy, Law, or related field and a minimum 2 year of experience in regulatory compliance or energy-related legal work

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and interprets new and existing regulations
  • Advises operations teams on compliance strategies and implementation
  • Maintains direct contact with regulatory agencies for clarification and guidance
  • Monitors regulatory developments and assess operational impact
  • Prepares and submit compliance documentation as required
  • Other duties as assigned
