Job Title Regulatory Compliance Senior Manager What does a successful Regulatory Compliance Senior Manager role do at Fiserv? As a Regulatory Compliance Senior Manager, you will provide compliance oversight for Financial Solutions products, partnering with product, operations, legal, and senior management. You will plan and execute monitoring and testing activities, assess new state and federal regulations for applicability and impact, and serve as a subject matter expert to reduce regulatory risk, protect consumers, and support business objectives. What you'll do: Use approved desktop AI tools only in accordance with Fiserv policies and approved workflows. Design and execute compliance monitoring and testing programs for prepaid debit products, including developing test plans and documenting findings. Conduct compliance risk assessments for new and existing products, features, and vendor relationships. Track and interpret state and federal regulatory changes and work with business stakeholders to evaluate impact and required remediation. Oversee complaint handling and issue management and coordinate remediation with operations and product teams. Develop and deliver compliance guidance and training to internal teams to drive consistent compliance outcomes. Requirements

  • 5+ years of compliance experience in a fintech or financial institution
  • Experience compliance monitoring, testing, and risk assessments for consumer financial products.
  • Experience managing regulatory change management, training programs, and complaint/issue remediation.
  • Experience with consumer protection regulations such as the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA/Regulation E), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA/Regulation P), E-Sign, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Identity Theft Red Flags, and state payroll card laws
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis and presentation development.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification or prior legal experience supporting regulatory matters.
  • Prior paralegal or legal experience supporting regulatory filings and responding to regulatory inquiries.
  • Experience supporting payroll card or prepaid product regulatory filings and state-level registrations.
  • Experience implementing enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions and leading control remediation projects.
