About The Position

The Senior Compliance Manager will oversee compliance and risk management for a prepaid debit portfolio within Fiserv's payments organization. You will lead monitoring, testing, and regulatory assessment activities to ensure consumer protection compliance and drive remediation and process improvements across the business.

Requirements

  • Experience in consumer protection regulations, including EFTA/Regulation E, GLBA/Regulation P, E-Sign, TCPA, Identity Theft Red Flags, and state payroll card laws.
  • Experience designing and executing compliance monitoring and testing programs, including writing test plans and sampling methodologies.
  • Experience conducting compliance risk assessments and regulatory change impact analyses.
  • Experience managing consumer complaint handling, dispute resolution workflows, and complaint trend analysis.
  • Experience with prepaid debit, electronic payments, payroll card programs, or government benefits disbursement operations.
  • Experience with compliance management/GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream) and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience preparing regulatory reporting, drafting policies and procedures, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree and related experience, and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification.
  • Paralegal or other legal experience supporting regulatory or consumer protection matters.
  • Experience with NACHA and payments-related rule sets or PCI DSS applicability assessments.
  • Prior work with RSA Archer, MetricStream, or similar GRC implementations.
  • Experience delivering compliance training and executive-level briefings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute compliance monitoring and testing programs for consumer protection regulations.
  • Assess applicability and operational impact of new federal and state regulations; translate requirements into policy and control updates.
  • Lead compliance risk assessments and identify control gaps, remediation priorities, and preventive measures.
  • Oversee consumer complaint management processes, drive timely resolution, and analyze complaint trends to recommend process improvements.
  • Provide subject matter expert compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare compliance findings, testing results, and regulatory impact reports for senior leadership and regulatory responses.
  • Partner with product, operations, legal, and risk teams to embed compliance controls into prepaid debit and payroll card programs.
