Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CAMS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the SaaS and Financial industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, FCPA, Sapin II, Global AML regulations, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on company operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Enhance, improve, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory best-practice.
  • Perform reputational and background screening, review and respond to due diligence questionnaires and supplier/vendor codes of conduct.
  • Manage corporate-wide compliance training program.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and accurate record keeping thereto.
  • Create and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across all departments.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with investigating compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with legal and operational teams to address compliance issues.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of compliance-related matters.

Benefits

  • Base compensation for this role is: $114,500.00 - $144,800.00 annual salary.
