About The Position
At OneDigital, we are on a mission to help people do their best work and live their best lives. We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to support functions in the compliance department. This role includes responsibilities such as client reporting, local and state licensing, ESAC accreditation reporting requirements, managing licensing status, IRS 8793 requirements and tracking, registered agent requests, labor statistic reporting, and updating SOPs. The coordinator will frequently use payroll databases to pull information and review state guidelines about PEO operation.
