About The Position

The Regulatory, Compliance & Audit Coordinator ensures organizational adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards governing hospice care and palliative care. This role supports regulatory readiness and program compliance through audits, data analysis, contract adherence and staff education.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current North Carolina RN license or RN multi-state licensure privilege through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
One year experience in hospice or home health services required.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Medicare, Medicaid, ACHC and state regulations required.
Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking skills
Customer relation skills
Organizational, prioritizing and time management skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Verbal and written accuracy.
Public speaking and presentation skills
Staff education and training
Knowledge of contracting.
