About The Position

A member of a world-class regulatory team focused on regulatory excellence to support and manage supplemental registrations for Arxada and affiliated organizations. This team member will be ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering a seamless and supportive experience to our clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of US EPA regulations, Arxada registrations and offering, understanding of regulatory frameworks, attention to detail with strong organization skills, and a passion for delivering first-class service. Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures for product area(s).
• Primary point of contact for customer supplemental registrations.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor applications for supplemental registrations, label updates, with regulatory authorities.
• Ensure customer/3rd party agreements/documentation meets internal (Arxada Quality Management System) and external compliance standards.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely approvals and resolve issues.
• Support internal and regulatory agency audits.
• Clearly communicate in a timely manner.
• Ensure all client interactions are professional and empathetic.
• Execute process improvement.
