About The Position

The Regulatory Analyst - Exam & Licensing position involves collecting, tracking, and submitting exam deliverables to regulators and banking partners. The role requires creating project plans related to audit and exam remediations, assessing exam and audit deliverables for adequacy and completeness, and providing compliance support services to the Board of Managers and Governance Committees. The analyst acts as a subject matter expert for logistical preparation and execution of onsite and offsite multi-agency exams and audits, prepares and tracks MSB licensing renewals, and advises internal stakeholders on compliance correction plans and activities in the absence of the Payments Compliance Manager. Additionally, the analyst catalogs the MSB and Payments Compliance repository.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of money services business experience
• Highly organized and methodical approach to analysis
• Proficient with MS Office
• Experience working in NMLS
• Minimum five years performing bank audits and or regulatory exams
