About The Position
The Manager, Regulatory Affairs, will report to the VP of Government and Regulatory Affairs. The role offers an opportunity to lead critical regulatory processes, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape the future of Freshpet's products in compliance with U.S. and global regulations. As the Manager, Regulatory Affairs, you will help ensure Freshpet's products meet all regulatory requirements for research and development, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and sales across the U.S. and Canada. You will be a key member of the regulatory claims team, review ingredient/raw material processes, monitor changes in the regulatory landscape, and build strong internal and external relationships. This role will help drive process improvements to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
