About The Position

The International Regulatory Affairs Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of a global regulatory compliance program. This role ensures that Alltech's products, operations, and documentation align with international regulatory requirements. The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining compliance with U.S.-based and in-country regulations globally, facilitating cross-functional communication, and contributing to the organization's commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Science, Business, International Studies, or related field.
  • Master's degree or minimum of 5-10 years of experience in international regulatory affairs, preferably in agriculture, food, or feed.
  • Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and customers.
  • Talent to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in a foreign language would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation, submission, and maintenance of international product registrations, dossiers, and other regulatory filings.
  • Monitor changes in global regulatory requirements and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of international regulatory strategies for product approval and market entry.
  • Develop, document, and maintain policies and procedures for operational compliance and streamlined reporting and escalation of global regulatory matters.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee preparation of global request for Alltech regulatory request to ensure accurate information is provided to support registration requirements.
  • Support the creation, review, and maintenance of technical documentation such as Methods of Manufacture, Flowcharts, product labels, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and product specification sheets.
  • Track and manage regulatory projects and deadlines to ensure timely submissions and renewals.
  • Participate in internal process audits and policy compliance reviews.
  • Help develop and deliver regulatory training programs to ensure team awareness of requirements.
  • Develop and ensure implementation of training programs and support execution of standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in resolving regulatory challenges and responding to inquiries from regulatory agencies and customers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records related to international regulatory activities.
  • Attend various training programs to obtain and maintain expertise in applicable issues.
