About The Position
We are offering a contract opportunity for a Regulatory Adherence Coordinator in Fort Worth, Texas. The Regulatory Adherence Coordinator role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our policy print system and the accurate maintenance of customer records. This position involves a variety of tasks that are essential for the effective management of documentation and customer interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting documents, adding variable tags and signatures, and loading templates into the COM360 system. Additionally, the role requires creating workflows, testing outputs, and assisting in the transition from the DocuCorp Policy print system to COM360. Collaboration with team members to modify and set up contracts is also a key aspect of this position, along with ensuring accurate records of customer credit applications and resolving inquiries efficiently. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as needed will be part of the daily responsibilities.
