About The Position

Responsible for performing the final assembly operations of electricity regulators according to prescribed standard methods and procedures. " Perform tasks across various work centers, including covers, pumps, basic assembly, single-pot assembly, two-pot assembly, all tap changer. Build the product per work instructions and quality standards that are required in the assembly with use of calibrated tooling (pneumatic tools, power tools, hand tools, etc.). Build and fulfill requirements needed; work closely with engineering, quality, and shipping department to ensure product is completed and shipped on time. Conduct ratio testing on the unit and troubleshoot any potential problems found in order to complete ratio test. Move units by use of overhead cranes and power industrial vehicles. Repair units and components that have failed test, are defective or require other needed changes. Participate in teardown, repair and modification of customer-supplied equipment as directed by engineering or quality departments. Troubleshoot as needed throughout the process. Actively participates in problem-solving processes, contributing to efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization. Achieves and maintains target production rates or output levels, ensuring efficient operations and meeting organizational goals. Adhere to safety protocols, ensures efficient material handling, housekeeping practices (5S+), and company policies and procedures. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions as required. Lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and using both hands to lift and lower materials, with or without accommodations.
