About The Position

Security Financial Bank (SFB) has an open position as a Part-time Teller working 20-29 hours per week in Black River Falls. This position has set daytime shifts published weeks in advance to allow for future planning. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior customer service and cash-handling experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to balance transactions accurately
A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency with computer and comfort learning new systems

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of bank products, services, and various federal regulations is a plus!

Responsibilities

Assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions
Verifying checks, endorsements, and proper identification
Balancing your cash drawer daily and assisting with branch balancing tasks
Answering customer inquiries in person and by phone, while maintaining confidentiality
Referring customers to other SFB team members for specialized services
Supporting branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulations
