About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic, top talent individual with a passion and experience for growing in the field of Human Resources. This position is a part time position working 3-4 days a week. We are looking for a genuine caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possesses integrity and accountability. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding in our highly seasonal beautiful resort. In addition, you will assist with HR administrative functions as needed.

Requirements

  • 6 months - 1 year of Human Resources/recruitment experience or equivalent, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (reading and writing).
  • Outstanding communication skills and confidence in having conversations at all levels of management.
  • Knowledgeable in local, state and federal employment laws.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to operate computer equipment, technology, and other HR databases (Workday experience preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment and career growth.
  • Attract the best talent to join the resort team.
  • Own recruitment, build a strong candidate pipeline and find innovative ways to recruit talent.
  • Network with local organizations and peers to source candidates for current or future openings.
  • Develop strong ties with international organizations to bring seasonal workers to Whistler.
  • Develop and lead an effective recruitment strategy that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to managers throughout the interviewing process.
  • Produce reports/metrics for leadership including current job activity, candidate flow and hiring trends.
  • Oversee and manage line level and supervisor recruitment including job postings, interviews, job offers, tracking applicants and ensuring follow up.
  • Design, develop, and implement Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging programs.
  • Review and analyze recruitment trends: Turnover, Resort Promotions, local and industry information.
